The Events Committee brings the energy, fun, and community spirit of pickleball to life! This team plans and executes all social, competitive, and community events—from open play mixers and DUPR sessions to tournaments, charity fundraisers, and member socials.

Every successful event boosts member satisfaction, strengthens community visibility, and helps raise funds to improve our courts and programs.

Roles on This Committee

• Event Planners & Organizers – coordinate logistics, schedules, and communication.

• Operations Crew – handle event setup, registration, check-in, and court management.

• Sponsorship & Fundraising Leads – secure local business partners and donations.

• Marketing & Media Helpers – create posts, take photos, and share event highlights.

• Hospitality & Volunteer Support – make every event welcoming and enjoyable for players and guests.
