The Facilities & Court Management Committee

Purpose

Advocate for, maintain, and improve pickleball facilities across Thomasville and Thomas County.

Why It Matters

Courts are the physical foundation of the game. More players require more courts, better surfaces, proper lighting, shade, and ongoing maintenance.

Roles on This Committee

  • Facility assessment & reporting

  • Liaison with city/county parks departments

  • Court maintenance coordination

  • Research & recommendations for improvements

  • Long-term facility planning support

Who This Committee Is For

A great fit for detail-oriented, practical thinkers. Ideal for anyone interested in infrastructure, planning, advocacy, or working with local government.

You don’t need to be an expert. You just need to care.
